Check in: Check-in starts at 4 pm, but if you arrive earlier, you can start your holiday right away by going to the beach, eating at a restaurant or having an aperitif at the bar.

Check out: Check-out is no later than 10.00 am.

Car park: As soon as you arrive, you can park your car in the car park. When your accommodation unit is handed over to you, you can drive up to it to unload your luggage and then return it to the car park. During your stay, for the safety of everyone and especially children, cars are not allowed to circulate in the village area. The car park is located in a designated area.

How does the gate of the car park work? The gate to the car park is open from 8.00 am to midnight, after midnight you can open the gate with the appropriate key that you will be given together with the keys to the house, we kindly request that you close it again for the consideration of all.

Pedestrian gate: For the safety of children the pedestrian gate is always closed, at check-in you will be provided with a special app to open it.

What do I find inside my accommodation? The accommodation is equipped with fridge with freezer compartment, LCD TV, bathroom with shower, pillows, air conditioning, veranda with private barbecue, broom, dustpan, bucket, mop, drying rack, containers for recycling, bucket.

What will I not find? There is no table linen and kitchen towels, toilet paper, coal and barbecue equipment, hairdryer, soaps, crockery and cookware.

Is the kitchen equipped? No, in line with anti-Covid standards we have found it safer to remove crockery and cookware from our accommodations. If you wish, you can rent a kitchen kit, which will be delivered to you fully disinfected.

What does the kitchen kit include? The kitchen kit includes: depending on the number of occupants -> (soup plates, flat plates, forks, spoons, knives, teaspoons, cups, mugs, glasses), 1 mocha, 2 salad bowls, 1 pot for boiling water, 2 frying pans, 1 pot for sauce, 1 chopping board, 1 corkscrew, 1 bread knife, 3 ladles, 1 trivet, 1 colander. The cost of the rental is € 20.00 once.

Is there a bidet? A bidet is available in Mobil Home Maya

How big is the fridge? The fridge in Mobile Home Miriam is 100 litres and in Mobil Home Maya you can a standard-size column fridge.

Is there animation? Yes, we offer animation and no club card is required.

How are the parasol assigned? Included in all our quotes is beach service with an equipped parasol. At the time of booking you may eventually decide to opt for a parasol in a specific row (see question above). The first morning after your check in, at the beach, our steward will point you to your parasol and should you eventually want to opt for a specific parasol you may decide to purchase the fixed parasol in the row you prefer SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. The parasol that has been randomly assigned to you by the management may not always remain the same should another family decide to reserve it by paying an extra charge.

Can I always use the same umbrella? Yes, you can opt to have an umbrella with a fixed position. A supplement will be charged depending on the chosen row.

If my dog needs to do his business as soon as I arrive or during my stay, what should I do? In our car park, there is a dog area where you can take your dog to do his business. If you know it is time for him to go, try to avoid the places in front of the reception, bar, park and Mobil Home. If something should happen to escape, this is not a serious matter, but in accordance with the rules of civilised living, dog excrement must always be collected and disposed of in the designated bins.

Where can I take my dog in the village? Your dog is welcome on our premises. He can accompany you on a leash in all areas of the village including the bar and restaurant, he can be free in our dog area as well as in the enclosure outside your MH. He can also accompany you on the beach, in the special row for families with dogs.

Can the dog bathe in the lake? What about the sea? ? We do not recommend our guests to let their dog enter the lake as there are no banks and it is very difficult to get back up, moreover the lake has no slope but is immediately deep. At the beach your friend can enter the water in accordance with the annual regulations of our municipality.

How much does it cost to bring your dog or cat? The supplement for a dog is € 42.00 per week, for a cat € 21.00 per week. Check our offers; we always have packages for them!
Is there animation for the dog? Yes, during your stay there will be free sessions with experienced dog trainers who will help you and your dog to learn new things about each other.

Walks with owner/dog: : For a fee, the same experts will offer six-legged walks in the Abruzzo hinterland to discover the beauty of our region with your furry companion.

Is the lake fenced off? Yes, our lake is fenced off

Yes, our lake is fenced off Yes, it is possible to rent a fishing platform. We only offer sport fishing (carp fishing), we do not provide fishing equipment.

Is it a freshwater or saltwater lake? Ours is a freshwater lake.

What fish are there? Carp, perch, amur, blackbass, catfish as well as normal lake fauna (turtles, frogs, toads) are present.

Can you swim in the lake? No

Are there mosquitoes? No, we regularly carry out anti-mosquito treatments, but we would like to point out that these treatments are calibrated according to the weight of the mosquito, so they are not harmful to creatures that weigh more than they do.

What should I do if a mosquito repellent treatment is carried out during my stay? We notify all our guests the day before. We carry out the treatment from 9 am onwards, it lasts approximately a couple of hours. As a precaution, we generally advise you to take back your towels and personal belongings and go to the beach or let the car with the treatment drive by and wait 10 minutes before leaving. Please note that the treatment is not at all harmful.

Is the treatment dangerous for my children or my dog? No, but the recommended rules should be followed.

Is the environment humid? The environment is neither too dry nor too humid, the salty air balances everything out perfectly.

Is the dining service open to everyone?  The restaurant service is open to all guests of the village, even those who do not choose a board basis.

What does the restaurant offer? The restaurant offers a menu of meat and fish every day for lunch and dinner.

If I have chosen a board basis, how and when do I choose the menu? In the morning at breakfast, you will be given a sheet with lunch and dinner and their respective menus. Those with half board can choose whether to have lunch or dinner each day, while those with full board can complete the whole sheet.

What are the breakfast times and what does it include? Breakfast can be taken from 8 am onwards at the bar, there are no time limits. If you are very slow, let us know what to put aside for you. Breakfast is Italian so you can choose from croissants, toast, cereals, jam, butter, chocolate, cappuccino, espresso, milk, juice, yoghurt etc. If you have any special needs please let us know and we will try to accommodate you as much as possible.

What are lunch and dinner times? Lunch from 12:30 pm to 1:45 pm - Dinner from 7:30 pm to 8:45 pm. You can also choose the take-out mode to be picked up at lunch at 12:30 pm and dinner at 7:30 pm.

Where can we eat? Normally we eat in our dining room overlooking the lake, but as of last year, for covid safety reasons, we moved to the area in front of the bar, outdoors.

What do the menus include? Our menus differ every day for both lunch and dinner. We offer different meat and fish menus made with high quality ingredients.

How are the meals distributed? Meals are served at the table

Can I arrive before 4 pm on the day of arrival and have lunch? Of course, whether you are on a board basis or accommodation only, if you arrive at lunchtime you will be able to eat. We will send you an email the day before your arrival with the lunch menus and you can tell us if and what you would like to eat.

How far is the sea?   Our village is directly on the sea with direct access to the beach.

How far is it from the town centre? We are practically in the centre of the town and everything is within easy reach on foot or by bike: inside the village, there is a "frizzy" water dispensing cold water, both still and sparkling, by means of a special card. Nearby there is a bakery, pharmacy, post office, tobacconist and minimarket. On Sundays and Thursdays, the market can be reached on foot. How to reach us : By car we are about 4 km from the motorway exit Città Sant'Angelo-Pescara north, just follow the signs for Silvi Marina. By train the main station is Pescara, from there you can take a taxi, train or bus to Silvi Marina, we are 5 km from the railway station of Silvi and 1 km from the nearest bus stop. The nearest airport is 16.5 km away and the easiest way to get there is by taxi.
